What was LanTen’s involvement?
LanTen were called in quite early on in the project to provide a metering and billing solution. We were faced with the challenge of a restricted budget but we successfully managed to find a solution that will enable tenants to monitor their usage and also the management company can have transparency of what their tenants are using to satisfy the gas bill for the whole building. Our solution ensures that the gas bill for the whole building will incur no shortfall.
Conclusion
We are delighted with the solution Lanten provided and have further established a great relationship with another management company.

What was LanTen’s involvement?
We were called in to initially address the probelms that were
occuring with the plant room. We noticed that the one
commercial boiler was not functioning as it should and also one
of the pumps failed. The whole building was relying on one
boiler and one pump so we stablised the boiler that failed just
before christmas and have re-designed the plantroom and also
address their metering and billing problem
